Passed away in her 83rd year on May 9, 2013. She was predeceased by her husband L. Frank Moore after 44 years of marriage. She will be sadly missed by her children Mark C. Moore (Valerie Peck) and Mary Catherine (Cathy) Moore (Oliver Sugden). Also by her grandchildren, Nicholas Sugden, Ian Moore and James Sugden. She was a founding professor in 1969 at Dawson College in the Humanities Dept. and worked there until her retirement. She was a hardworking and highly respected educator. A service to celebrate her life will be held at a later time.

My Mother had a Beautiful last day. My Brother Mark brought Fragrant fresh Lilacs from his garden.The scent in her room and with the sun shining in was wonderful ! She seemed to enjoy all of our visits and the activity of our interaction . Dr Lysy ( Charlie Watts double) Mum’s GP was marvelous with his “House Calls” to The General. To top it off Mum’s favourite Hockey Player Alfredsson (Captain of The Senators) scored 2 goals tonight !! — Cathy Moore
