Robert Travers RIP

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Robert John Travers on July 27th. He is survived by sisters Ann (John) Hart and Lori (Rick) Benigni, daughter Kathryn (Blaine), and sons Marc (Andrea) and Patrick, beloved partner Tannis and her daughter Megan, as well as his many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and dear friends. Services will be held at St. Augustine’s of Cantebury, 5333 Ave. Notre Dame de Grace, NDG on Thursday, August 1st, 2013 at 7 p.m. with reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the St. Patrick’s Society of Montréal –

On behalf of Robert’s many Wednesday Night friends, we extend our sincerest sympathies to the family. We share in your sorrow at his untimely passing and feel the loss of his engaging personality and vast store of information that he shared so willingly. He was a good friend and we miss him.
